How support works
- 1. Search the knowledge base for an instant fix.
- 2. Still stuck? Send the issue + a screenshot.
- 3. You get a reference and an auto-acknowledgment immediately.
- 4. An agent picks it up and follows up with you.
What this desk covers
One desk handles every Midway system. Choosing the right one above routes the ticket to the engineers who work on that codebase, so it matters more than it looks — a POS question filed against the ERP simply waits longer.
- YourBooks Enterprise ERP — multi-branch ledgers, inventory batches, payroll, month-end and tax reports.
- YourBooks POS — the register, offline sales, till and cash-drawer reconciliation, receipt printing.
- QuickBooks EFRIS & EIS Connectors — invoices rejected by URA or MRA, signing failures, sync gaps.
- YourHires & YourMarket — bookings, deposits, asset returns and penalties; campaigns and lead capture.
How to report an issue so it gets solved first time
Most tickets that take a second round-trip are missing one of four things. Including them up front usually turns two days into one reply.
- The exact message. A screenshot of the error beats a description of it. EFRIS and EIS rejections carry a code — that code alone often identifies the cause.
- What you expected instead. “The invoice should have fiscalised” separates a bug from a settings question.
- When it started, and what changed. A new branch, a new tax rate, a Windows update, a changed URA certificate — the timing is usually the diagnosis.
- Whether it affects everyone or one user. One workstation points at that machine; everyone points at the server or the integration.
Before you raise a ticket
The knowledge base above is searched against the same articles our agents use, so a documented fix is genuinely faster than waiting. If your problem is a URA EFRIS error code specifically, we also publish a free public reference at efrisapi.com — it lists EFRIS error codes and interfaces, and needs no account or purchase.
After you submit
You get a ticket reference immediately — keep it, since quoting it is the fastest way to resume a conversation later. An agent picks the ticket up and replies to the email address you gave. For anything blocking trading, such as a register that will not fiscalise during business hours, use the phone or WhatsApp number on this page rather than waiting on a ticket.
